Description
Hydraulic Coin Cell Crimper LT-SF120 is a coin cell crimper with a lightweight and small footprint. The crimper is suitable for sealing all CR20XX types of coin cells, such as CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016, with an included die. It can also crimp CR2325, CR2450, AG3, AG5, and other button cells with optional die sets.

| Application Notes | Attention: The built-in small hydraulic pump is not designed for holding high pressure. The pressure inside will be released gradually after reaching 50~80 Kg/cm2 (which is sufficient for assembling the coin cells). Please see the instructions about changing the upper and lower die parts to convert the unit to LF-CX120, which disassembles the coin cells. |
| Warnings | Attention: The built-in small hydraulic pump is not designed for holding high pressure. The pressure inside will be released gradually after reaching 50~80 Kg/cm2 (which is sufficient for assembling the coin cell). Access the overpressure limit screw by removing the front panel. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to extend hands and other parts to the dangerous areas of guide pillars, slide plates, and disassembly work to cause personal injury. Two or more persons are not allowed to operate to avoid accidental injury. |
